Encuentro Su Presencia (ESP) church is a ministry of Harbor with a mission to reach the Hispanic community of Folsom. In 2018 ESP started as a small group in the living room of Ivan and Vicky’s Home. It wasn’t until October of 2020 that they partnered with Harbor and became a ministry of Harbor. ESP is a family church where all people are welcome and accepted. ESP has truly adopted the heart of Harbor of being a gospel doctrine and gospel culture church.

LEADERSHIP
Ivan Rangel - Director of Hispanic Ministries
Ivan joined Harbor staff in October 2020 as the Director of Hispanic Ministries leading Encuentro su Presencia church. He is passionate for the Hispanic community and is committed in establishing gospel centered culture. Ivan also enjoys watching most sports with exception of baseball. He is married to Vicky and they have two children: a daughter, Sophia (born 2011), and a son, Michael (born 2016). Ivan’s desire is to pursue a ministerial education in the future.
Luis Rangel - Assistant Pastor
Luis’s greatest passions are serving God, his family, and anything to do with soccer. He grew up as a pastor's kid in a small town, but was able to embark his way slowly into the city of Sacramento, where he met and has been married to his wife Bianca since 2013. They are happily expecting a baby boy in August 2022. Luis has served in worship ministry playing the drums/bass, and has also lead as a Youth and Young Adults Pastor. He loves to be wherever God calls him and is needed. Now serving at Encuentro su Presencia since 2020, he hopes to take on God's current season of expanding, guiding and loving on the Hispanic community of Folsom.
Lili Rangel - Worship Leader
Lili has been with ESP since day one. She enjoys leading the church into God's presence through musical worship. Lili is very passionate for God and for people. She has her own floral business and enjoys spending time with her wonderful family. She married Sergio in (2012) and they have 3 amazing kids. Elena, Julian, and Elijah. Oh, and a fury one (dog) name Rosie. Lili’s desire is to continue to grow in ministry and be of inspiration to generations to come. She would love to leave a print of smiles and laughter of God's abundant love in the hearts of his people.
Rodrigo Arana - Music Director
Rod serves as the Music Director at Encuentro Su Presencia. Within the past decade Rod has collaborated in various recordings and performances within in the Sacramento community, and has taught music theory and instrumental lessons at Sound City School of Music. Rod holds a Bachelors Of Arts Degree in Music from the Sacramento State School of Music and has taken biblical studies from Instituto Canzíon. Rod is happily married and has two children, whom he enjoys spending time with.
