Glen felt called by God in 2000 to start Harbor Church. Over the years he has experienced cheers, tears, and jeers, and through it all God remains faithful to his call. The joy Glen feels by serving God at Harbor is a great example of what it means to be squarely in God’s will.
Glen began his ministry serving as a youth pastor at two different churches in Arizona. He then served as the executive pastor at a church in Arizona and another in California. Each of these positions, coupled with the experiences that resulted, have helped to develop his passion and vision for Harbor Church.
Glen began his college career as an electrical engineering major at the University of Utah. During his junior year, he recognized that he was being called by God to enter full-time ministry. Three years later, Glen graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology. Upon graduating from the University of Utah, Glen headed to Colorado where he received a Master’s Degree from Denver Seminary.
Glen and his wife, Pamela, have been married for over 30 years. They have three adult children: two terrific daughters (and 2 awesome sons-in-law), a fantastic son (and a wonderful daughter-in-law), and 5 delightful grandchildren. Glen has been involved in sports since before he can remember, but has recently realized the advantages (necessity) of low impact exercise. Glen now considers himself a “cyclist,” and enjoys doing long rides on his road bike.
He has started a cycling group at Harbor that has provided a great combination of exercise and relationship building. Glen is also a diehard Chicago Bears fan!
Greg began a relationship with Christ at an early age and has been growing in that relationship ever since. He began singing in the youth group choir after being bought off with a Big Mac value meal.
Greg finished HS and completed a dual B.A. degree at Mount Vernon Nazarene College in 1995. Greg is married to his wonderful wife, Kellie. Together they have three children who he affectionately refers to as his “kiddos”: Collin, MacKenzie, and Pierson.
You can find Greg connecting with people on Sundays, holding babies whenever possible, singing in the worship band, meeting with people or watching any number of pro or college sporting events with his friends.
Don’s relationship with Jesus began relatively later in life at (26 years old) when some friends of his from church invited him to Bible Study Fellowship. For the first time in his life he actually opened the Word of God and studied it. Through that study he came to that life changing decision of accepting Jesus’ sacrifice for his sins and desiring to serve Him.
Don has been married to Vicki for 46 years (and counting). They have 3 grown children living in various parts of the country with their families. Currently, they have 6 grandchildren.
In 2019 Don retired from his secular occupation which included varied managerial roles in Customer Service, Sales, IT, Telephony Networks and Manufacturing over a career spanning 47 years. Don, Vicki and 2 of their children also spent 2.5 years as missionaries in Meizhou China.
Don has a MBA from Webster University, Masters Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University, BA in Business Administration from Columbia College and a Teaching English As A Second Language (TESL) certification.
Don and Vicki have been attending Harbor Church since Fall 2016 and love being a part of and serving our church family.
Noah was born and raised in the Netherlands up until 2008 when he moved to the United States at 10 years old. It was in 6th grade when he was introduced to Wayk and has been attending Harbor Church ever since. Noah gave his life to Christ when he was 12 at a summer camp with Wayk, and it changed his life.
After Noah graduated high school, he volunteered with Wayk for two years as he pursued a career in firefighting at Sierra College. Two years in however, Noah felt a calling to pursue ministry instead. He has since been enrolled at William Jessup University where he is currently pursuing a degree in Christian Leadership. After graduating, Noah hopes to attend a seminary where he can continue his education and become an ordained minister.
He is passionate for youth ministry (Wayk particularly) because it was through this very program that he was introduced to Christ. Noah hopes to provide the same opportunity for future students and show them what it means to live a Christ-centered life.
Tom and Rosie have raised two amazing kids (Katie, 20 and Sam, 17) in Folsom, and honestly, Rosie is not necessarily excited about the “empty nest” that her home will be someday soon...yet another reason she is so excited to love YOUR kids! In her free time, Rosie is an avid runner, crafter and bookworm.
Greg has been sober since December 26, 2003. He was saved by the grace of a loving God and influenced by Alcoholics Anonymous. Greg started his journey at River City Recovery and then moved into Clean and Sober Living in Fair Oaks where he met his first sponsor who had something that he wanted and who would eventually lead him to Christ.
Greg was baptized in 2004. Before that, he knew of Christ but had never developed a true relationship with him.
Greg continued to grow in his relationship with Christ, but things came to a halt when he took custody of his two children, Chelsea and Justin. He dedicated his life to raising them and moved to Elk Grove. After his youngest child went off to college, Greg decided to move back to this area where he got his recovery roots.
His sponsor suggested that he try a Safe Harbor meeting at Harbor church.
Greg met a loving, amazing family there and knew he had found the missing piece to his sobriety. Greg has been at Harbor since 2014 and the Director of Safe Harbor since 2016.

Charles was born in Taiwan and moved to the Bay Area as a young child. He became a Christian in junior high, as the result of friends inviting him to youth group. As he approached college, he chose to attend San Jose Christian College, studying Pastoral Ministries. After his freshman year, San Jose Christian moved to Rocklin and became William Jessup University. Charles chose to move with the school.
After college, Charles entered the financial world, working for Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab. One of those opportunities is managing Harbor’s finances! Charles works for Harbor one day a week ensuring all of the financial matters are handled appropriately.
Charles and his wife have been married for 9 years and have 3 kids: ages 7, 5 and 4. Charles enjoys spending time with his family and friends cheering on the 49ers, A’s and Lakers.
